Greeting, Shredderz! I’ve said it before, and it bears repeating: Harbour Surfboards’ website has one of the best stashes of vintage surf ads you can find on the internet.

The full page you see above originally ran in the Feb / March 1963 issue of Surfer Magazine (Vol 4, No 1). I know the expression is “dance with the one that brought you”, and a big shout out to Harbour Surfboards, whom I’ve covered many times, but I’m partial to the Yater ad. There’s something so clean and dare I say elemental about it. I love how no address is given — it’s Yater Surfboards of Summerland, California.
